are often custom-developed and tailored to your requirements. As a result,
refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
- Fees for custom software, website,
ERP, mobile app development, and digital marketing services are
generally non-refundable once work begins or after an invoice has
been issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If you cancel a service before work
has started and prior to the agreed commencement date, we may offer
a refund or credit at our discretion, subject to any reasonable
administrative fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted in
writing within 7 days of the service delivery date or invoice issue
date, whichever is earlier. All requests should be sent to our

- We will assess each request based on
the status of work completed, the terms of the agreed scope, and
whether the service was delivered as contracted.
- If a refund is approved, it will be
issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, less
any fees charged by payment processors or banks.
- Taxes, duties, and payment gateway fees
are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
- In cases where service delivery is
incomplete due to our error, we may offer a partial refund, credit,
or rework at our discretion.
